Every month we present a list of trade (and consumer) events happening across Canada. We do this because they’re an excellent entry point into a new market; they give visitors and exhibitors a chance to make connections, find new products/services, and learn about industry trends. Below are a list of Canadian trade events happening in April 2025 – and there are plenty to choose from! (And be sure to check out our trade show prep tips before you go).

DEX Expo (April 2, Langley BC and April 29, Winnipeg MB) – Design Engineering’s Expo features exhibitors and presentations across the aerospace, automotive, defense, and metal fabrication sectors (and more).

National Women’s Show (April 5-6, Calgary AB) – “Shop for exclusive products at hundreds of exhibits! WEDC Global Trade Mission: Canada (April 6-11, Vancouver BC and Calgary AB) – One of our favourite events of the year! The WEDC will once again be bringing select Wisconsin business representatives north to make connections in Canadian market sectors. Stops this year are in Vancouver, BC and Calgary, AB. CPMA Convention & Trade Show (April 8-10, Montreal QC) – “The event is Canada’s largest fruit and vegetable show, attracting over 4,000 attendees including growers/packers/shippers, wholesalers, retailers, brokers, importers/exporters, food service, transportation, floral, and industry professionals throughout the whole produce supply chain.”
Canada International Beauty Expo (April 9-10, Toronto ON) – “The Canada International Beauty Show is Canada’s leading International Beauty and Wellness expo and a unique platform for the purchase/supply of beauty, hair & wellness products, accessories, and equipment.”
Graphics Canada (April 9-11, Toronto ON) – “Make plans to attend much more than a trade show, the 60th Anniversary of Canada’s largest graphic communications and print expo!
