Nourish Food Marketing released its 2021 Trend Report, and it’s quite the read.
Last year’s prognosticators had their 2020 predictions hastily kicked out the door by COVID-19. Nourish Food Marketing has addressed this year’s pandemic-induced shift in work, family life, food production and supply, and looks at which trends might hold, including:
- A return to the family mealtime ritual,
- A focus on workers’ rights, with a move toward ‘conscious capitalism’,
- Knowledge of the food production process and it’s link to ethics-based eating, and
- The integration of digital tech in agriculture.
