What’s on during summer ’25.

Every month we present a list of trade (and consumer) events happening across Canada. We do this because they’re an excellent entry point into a new market; they give visitors and exhibitors a chance to make connections, find new products/services, and learn about industry trends. Below is a list of Canadian trade events happening in July and August 2025; you can also check what’s happening in May and June (and be sure to check out our trade show prep tips before you go).

Ag in Motion (July 15-17; Langham, SK) – “With over 500 exhibitors and more than 100 acres of outdoor trade show space, there is no getting around the fact that there is a lot to see and do at Ag in Motion.”

Aerospace, Defence & Security Expo (August 7-8; Abbotsford, BC) – “Aligned with this year’s theme of Resilience & Readiness, ADSE will feature ample opportunities for B2B and networking with industry and government leaders, including experts and key decision makers from across Canadian and international aerospace markets.”

Canadian Meetings & Events Expo (August 12-13; Toronto, ON) – “Explore a world of opportunities at CMEE, the ultimate tradeshow tailored for meeting and event planners. Connect with industry professionals, expand your network, and discover innovative avenues to enhance your revenue – all within the dynamic setting of one show floor.”

Fan Expo Canada (August 21-24; Toronto, ON) – “If you’re into comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming, or cosplay, come share our playground. You’ll feel out of this world – and right at home.”
